In the summer of 2006, Perry and Krista opted to get out of farming, and that’s when Rock Solid Inspections was born. Perry completed and passed all the coursework to receive his home inspector license in January 2007. Soon after, he added his radon measurement license as well. By that time, a second daughter had joined their family, and it was clear that these career choices were a good fit. Today, Perry utilizes the skills of organizing and business management from his days of farming, combined with the skills and expertise of his carpentry experience. The result is a home inspector who understands the industry, knows the business, and will advocate for his clients.
