We hired Perry Kieser of Rock Solid Inspections to inspect our condominium roofs in Trails Edge Condominiums located on Allen Road. Perry completed the inspection of the roofs on our 27 buildings in a timely manner and then provided a thorough report on each building’s roof such that we could plan future roof replacements. Perry also inspected some of our sidewalks and driveways that had gaps or cracks and gave us some good advice on why these gaps and cracks were occurring which will be corrected in the future. Perry’s knowledge and expertise is very valuable to us and we’ll continue to hire him in the future. He is a good communicator and delivers on his commitments when he says he will. Perry Kieser has provided radon testing in my home since 2011, when a radon problem was identified. I appreciate that he worked with me to determine a contractor to resolve this problem. After correction, follow up test results were good. In 2021, I again used Rock Solid Inspections and had a radon test to verify everything was still ok. I have found Perry to be knowledgeable, efficient, accurate, and professional.
